Refunds will be disbursed to the original payment method.
In addition to airline charges and penalties, we will levy a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable.
Refund fees are charged per passenger, per ticket.
These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the airline or a waiver has been received.
We are not responsible for any delay in refund processing caused by the airline.
We will refund our post-ticketing service fees if the airline denies the refund.
For security reasons, we require email validation of cancellation or refund requests.
